Many of our vehicles are pre-owned classics and collector cars, and may show signs of age, wear, prior repair, or modification. Descriptions are provided in good faith but are not a guarantee of condition. Vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may be sold or removed from inventory at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Errors

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Advertised prices do not include taxes, title, registration, documentation fees, or delivery unless expressly stated. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any order placed based on incorrect information.

4. Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle while purchase paperwork is completed. Deposit refund terms are agreed in writing at the time the deposit is made. Accepted payment methods, balance due dates, and any wire-transfer instructions will be confirmed directly with you. We will never request payment through unofficial channels — always confirm payment details by phone before sending funds.

5. Vehicle Condition & "As-Is" Sale

Unless a written warranty is provided, all vehicles are sold "AS-IS" without any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We encourage every buyer to review all photos, request additional information, and arrange an independent inspection before purchase. Once a sale is completed, the buyer accepts the vehicle in its existing condition.

6. Financing

Financing assistance may be available on qualifying vehicles priced over $20,000. Any payment estimates shown on our website (including calculator results) are illustrative only, are not an offer of credit, and do not represent final terms. Actual rates, terms, and approval are determined by the lender based on credit and other factors.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We can help arrange enclosed or open transport from our dealership to your location. Shipping quotes and mileage estimates are approximate and may vary based on exact address, carrier availability, route, season, and vehicle size. Risk and responsibility during transit are governed by the selected carrier's terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Title & Registration

We will provide the appropriate ownership documentation upon completion of payment. The buyer is responsible for registration, titling, and any applicable taxes and fees in their state or country of residence.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of the transaction and the written deposit agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change so we can discuss available options.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tommy's Auto Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on listing information, or the purchase, financing, or transport of a vehicle. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle or service in question.
